Contractor Management

The way in which our contractors are managed is the cornerstone of any great asset. Our approved supply chain have all adhered to stringent vetting which includes financial and accreditation checks. Many of our suppliers are vetted by UKAS for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.

Our industry leading facilities managers’ meet with our suppliers regularly and conduct site inspections and key performance indicators are a pivotal part of managing any supplier. Our 24hr Helpdesk facility reactively issue work orders and our clients are kept constantly updated on progress.

For external clients, we are able to manage any procurement exercise which includes ascertaining the supply requirement, drafting specifications, tendering and analysing the tender returns. We also ensure suppliers are fully mobilised and manage the full process.

PPM & Capex Surveys

Building Surveying make a valuable contribution to every aspect of property ownership and occupation.
